The Leicester Riders Foundation is proud to deliver Women’s Open Court, a welcoming basketball session designed to give women aged 18+ the chance to enjoy the game in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Whether you’re picking up a basketball for the first time, getting back into the sport, or looking for a fun way to stay active, these sessions are perfect for beginner to intermediate players. Come along, build confidence, and play the game you love.

Venue Updates:

  • Sessions will pause throughout May due to bank holidays and venue availability. The final session will take place on Monday 27th April, with sessions resuming on Monday 1st June.

Important Information:

  • This session is strictly 18+. Anyone aged 17 and under will not be permitted entry. Attendees may be asked to present ID on entry. No refunds will be issued.
  • Pre-booking is required, and all participants must scan the QR code on entry.
  • This is an uncoached session, and no equipment will be provided. Please bring your own.
  • Dates and times are subject to availability.
  • Tickets are non-transferable.
  • Spectators are welcome to watch courtside.
  • No unauthorised photography is permitted.
  • Mattioli Arena entrance is via Memory Lane only (no access from Charter Street).
