Join Leicester Riders Foundation for our Game Day Experience session. Get behind-the-scenes access before selected home games throughout the season.

Leicester Riders Foundation staff will be on hand throughout the game to ensure participants are looked after, with the option to release them to a responsible adult holding a valid game ticket.

Our Game Day Experience gives our young fans the chance to get closer to Leicester Riders before tip-off. Held before selected home fixtures, this session offers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at game days, with the opportunity to meet players, take part in on-court activities, and soak up the atmosphere before heading to your seat for the game.

Throughout the game itself, participants remain in the care of Leicester Riders Foundation staff, with the option for them to be released to a responsible adult holding a valid game ticket. Spaces are limited and available on select dates throughout the season.

Participants whose responsible adult does not hold a valid game ticket will be dropped off at the Memory Lane entrance before the session, as normal. Please note they will need to be collected from the Charter Street exit at the end of the game.

  • Is pre-booking required?
    • Yes, all tickets are required to be pre-booked. Tickets cannot be purchased at the session.
  • I have booked a ticket but I can no longer attend. Can I transfer my ticket?
    • Unfortunately, tickets are non-transferable.
  • The date I want to attend is not listed or there is no 'BOOK NOW' button. Can I come to the session?
    • Unfortunately, this means that the session is not running or is sold out. Please do not come to the session to avoid disappointment.
  • Can I stay to watch the session?
    • Spectators are only permitted with a valid game ticket. Without a game ticket, responsible adults will only be able to drop off/pick up young people.
  • Can I take photos?
    • No unauthorised photography is permitted.
  • Where is the entrance?
    • Mattioli Arena, Leicester
      • The entrance is via the game day entrance on Memory Lane only. There is no access from Charter Street.
  • Do I have to pay for parking?
    • Mattioli Arena, Leicester
      • From when your vehicle enters the car park, you have a 10 minute grace period. If you are staying for longer than 10 minutes, charges will apply.
